Great product and reasonably priced!
Needed a double co-axial outlet in my office so I could connect up both my cable modem as well as a TiVo mini. Most of what I found online were dual-coaxial plates but without the splitter behind it, meaning somehow I would have to jam an extra cable and a splitter into the wall (or have an ugly splitter outside the wall). This unit worked perfectly! It connected up to my cable modem bi-directionally, passing the MoCa signal the TiVos wanted back around the house as well. The second port hooked right up to my TiVo mini in the same room, where it received a network connection without an issue. I would gladly have paid double the price for this. A real room-saver!

Works As Advertised
I got this to tidy up the cables coming in. Previously this co-ax outlet was dangling from the actual cable, and was split after coming out of the wall. Looked pretty shabby. This plate allowed me to get rid of the splitter and make a busy corner nicer.

Seamless, Easy to Install, In-Wall Coaxial Cable Splitter and Wall Plate. Enjoy!
I am converting a small home office into a quiet place to read, watch television, or just to relax. I am trying to reduce the number of wires, plugs, and coaxial cables in that room and this easy to install splitter with wall plate has helped a lot. I simply removed the existing wall plate, unscrewed the existing coaxial cable connection, cut an opening to enable the splitter to fit in the wall behind the wall plate, screwed in the new coaxial cable connection, and screwed the wall plate into the existing holes from the previous wall plate. The entire project took me less than 15 minutes. I recommend this product to family, friends, and others who need more than one coaxial cable in one spot without adding an unsightly splitter. Enjoy!

This wall panel is great for people implementing MoCA networking
This wall panel is great for people implementing MoCA networking, as it allows you to connect both a MoCA bridge and a cable box, without unsightly tangles of cabling. It is, very obviously, just a standard coaxial splitter mounted behind a wall plate, which is just fine as it works perfectly. More problematically, the wall plate itself is plastic, rather than painted metal. This means that it doesn't quite match the finish and look of other wall plates in the room - an issue if you're planning on using it where it is visible.

Very good product
Exactly what I needed. I used it to cleanly split a HDTV antenna to use for multiple TVs in my house and it fits that purpose well.

Does exactly what I wanted it to do.
I have one main coaxial cable, in the wall, for a room that I need a cable for a tv and a computer. This was the perfect answer to my needs.

Easy way to install a high quality splitter hidden in a wall
It was very easy to install with the two supplied flat head screws. I didn't have a thickness problem as I used a low voltage wall plate rather than a box - it was perfect. As for signal strength, I'm getting 95-98 percent on my local channels according to my Tivo and 60+ percent to my 50-80 mile away channels. Did not introduce any noise to my Antop Big Boy antenna signal.

You're paying for their time. You could make this yourself
I'll admit this was a convenience fee purchase. This product is simply a blank wall plate with two holes drilled into it then a coax splitter held in place by simple metal nuts. You could make this yourself with the following parts: 1) Blank wall plate 2) Coax splitter 3) A drill bit 4) two nuts to secure the coax splitter to the wall plate That being said, it was faster and easier to pay someone else to do this in this instance. If I had time and cared enough to do it again, I'd probably make this myself and save the money paid to someone else. Onto the product itself...it's a cable splitter and it does a fine job splitting the cable signal and hiding the splitter in the wall instead of adding to the clutter behind the television. So this product reduces the number of cables outside your wall from two to three. On a side note if you're not satisfied with the quality of the splitter, you could easily swap out the installed splitter with one of your choosing (provided you check the spacing of the holes first).
