Nature's Hollow Blueberry Jam: Sugar Free Jam and Preserves, Low Cal, Non GMO, Keto Jam, Vegan, Gluten Free, and Diabetic Friendly - Sugar Free Jelly - 10oz

I am a diabetic and my numbers have not been that great lately so I decided to cut out all or most sugar and go Keto to get my numbers in check. Finding jam/jelly that is sugar free and tastes great and is spreadable is a very hard task. I was watching a youtube video about sugar free foods and this brand came up so here I went to the internet to research it and it brought me here to Amazon can't find it locally at the stores. I ordered it and boy am I so glad I did. It tastes amazing!! Spreads so easy and it's sugar free!! I can't believe that I can have my peanut butter and jelly sandwiches again or just toast with butter and jam. The bottle is very small and the price is very big for such a small bottle but when you have to keep up with a lifestyle due to diabetes it's worth every penny. I am not saying I like paying 10 bucks for such a small bottle all I am saying is the 10 bucks is worth it in flavor and overall quality of the jam. I got the blueberry flavor since anything berry is my favorite and it tastes amazing you don't even miss the sugar!! Thank you for making such a quality product for people out there that need to be sugar free.

This is really good jam! I’ve tried the apricot and the raspberry and both were excellent.

OMG!! This jam is amazing!! I recently started using a continuous glucose monitor and was noting my PB&J sandwiches (made on Keto bread with regular strawberry jam) was spiking my glucose levels to the 160’s!!! I tried making the sandwich with just peanut butter and the keto bread which kept my glucose levels about only 100 but I wasn’t enjoying it as much. I found this product and thought I’d give it a try. I am soooo happy I did!! It’s delicious and best all, it does not spike my glucose levels!! Yeah!!! I love it so much I went back and purchased the assorted pack!!

When I first received this apricot jam I was disappointed in the looks of it— looked like plain jelly- I was wrong ! It tastes wonderful & is without sugar- I’m on my 2nd jar & will continue to order this!

Mild blueberry taste and aroma. Sweet, nice texture. Inappropriately expensive for a small jar that does not have a particularly good flavor.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love apricot and I wanted apricot jam to go on toast. I wanted either sugar-free or reduced sugar jam. I have gotten some great sugar-free jams before but I have never tried apricot. This seemed to be just what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. Rather than having a jam-like consistency, the contents were almost liquid with no visible pieces of apricot. Additionally, it had a sweet taste but no discernible apricot flavor. Sadly, I threw the jar away. After a couple bites, I knew it was not at all what I was hoping for.
