Good taste and texture
I've been using this for many years The taste and texture are fine and I usually mix it in skimmed milk instead of water As for gains I really don't know because I'm lazy and only take it after a workout instead of daily

Been sent one with no flavour
Have used this product for over 10 years, ordered Strawberry flavour which normally has a hint of pink to the colour of the powder but was sent a yellow tinted powder which is completely flavourless! Normally very happy with the powder as it mixes easily and doesn't give that bloated feeling that some products can give. Will be a challenge to get through 5kg of flavourless powder though.

Top ingredients. Taste? not quite.
Excellent ingredients (best out there especially for this price) but the taste might not be prefered by some. It has a sandy texture to it but having said that, i've finished my 5kg bucket :D.

I bought this product for the first time. I went to the gym did my workout and then used the protein isolate which i shaked in a shaker for 5 mins. After 25mins I felt bloated with wind. I then proceeded to fart constantly It was very embarrassing. The same thing happened again the next time I used it. Also it is very gritty to taste. Waste of money.
