Very handy when you are running out of 9v sockets and you need one. Works just great, no interference or power loss.

Works like they say it does

I bought one of these to bring the (for me) otherwise useless 18V outlet on my Truetone CS-7 power brick into use, and it now drops the voltage enabling me to run a couple of TC Electronics pedals (Hall of Fame II and Flashback II) that otherwise had to use a separate power supply. All the usual things about "ease of use" and "looks nice" really don't apply. It just sits there feeding pedals the correct voltage, which is all I wanted it to do! It's a neat idea if like me you have a pedal board that has enough power-hungry pedals but are in a bind because they all want 9 volts, and each 9v power feed is maxed out. This gives you "one more", a bit like your amp that goes to 11.
