Why is it 12 bucks per tube? And how many Ounces in a tube?

There's 28 fluid ounces in a tube. You can use a standard large calk gun from one of the big box home improvement stores. Why 12 bucks? Well, that's only 43 cents an ounce... It's cheaper than its main competitor, Green Glue.
