Must have for breastfeeding moms!
These Lansinoh Breast Therapy Packs have been a lifesaver during my breastfeeding journey. I used them both hot and cold depending on what I needed that day—warm for let-down and clogged ducts, cold for soreness and engorgement. The gel stays soft and flexible even when cold, which makes it much more comfortable than using a bag of frozen peas! They fit perfectly inside my bra or around my pump flanges, and I love that they come with soft covers to protect your skin. Cleanup is easy and they’ve held up great through repeated use.Whether you’re dealing with engorgement, mastitis, or just need a little comfort while pumping, these packs are worth every penny. Highly recommend to any new mom!

Comfortable and helps with engorgement postpartum
The lactation consultant at the hospital suggested to use these to help with engorgement when my milk came in. As a first time mom, I didn't argue. I also heard the way to handle clogged ducts is with ice, so I figured these would be perfect. Super comfortable, and I like the shape of them because after pumping, my nipples are sensitive and the hole in the middle prevents these from causing pain or discomfort. The only down side is that they feel like they don't stay cold for too long, so I usually start with the covers on then continue to use the cold packs with the covers off for a bit.If you plan to use these for both hot and cold, I would suggest getting 2 pair, one for hit, and one for cold exclusively.

Soothing Relief When You Need It Most!
These breast therapy packs have been a lifesaver during my breastfeeding journey. The ability to switch between warm and cold therapy makes a huge difference in managing discomfort, swelling, and clogged ducts. The packs are soft, flexible, and contour perfectly to provide targeted relief without feeling bulky or uncomfortable. They heat up quickly and stay warm just long enough, and the cold option feels wonderfully soothing when I need to reduce inflammation.I love how easy they are to use and clean, and the quality feels excellent—definitely built to last. Whether you’re nursing or just need gentle breast care, these therapy packs are a must-have for comfort and healing.Highly recommend for any mom looking for natural, effective relief!

Great for breastfeeding and postpartum
These are a great find for breastfeeding. They’re pretty thick and can help with engorgement especially in the early days of nursing. They could also help with Mastitis pain! They can be used hot or cold depending on what relief you need. They’re big enough to cover quite a bit of area (depending on your size of course)

Provides Relief
Bought these to get a head start on postpartum prep and to help with second trimester tenderness.Pros:- Shape of the pack contours to your curves- The center cutout avoids heat being directly applied to most sensitive area- Can be used on other parts of the body- Heats up quickly (15 seconds) for nearly instant reliefCons:- The fabric cover. I was expecting a smooth or silky material since you’re placing the pack on a sensitive area. The texture of the material is not extremely soft or smooth, and seems like it would pill after a little bit of use. Definitely a synthetic. Somehow reminds me of the material of cheap doll clothes.- If you overheat (microwave more than 15-20 seconds per pack) they get very hot and puff up. I wish the heating time wasn’t so sensitive because truth be told, at some point the microwave will get set to 30 seconds with them in and I have no idea what would happen.- To be fair, these aren’t advertised as an incognito relief solution, but I will mention that if you are wearing these in your bra it looks lumpy and noticeable.I just skip the cover and it gets the job done. I let the packs cool slightly and either apply to the skin or between layers. Not sure if that’s recommended but it works for me. Overall it’s a good value and the covers aren’t a dealbreaker for me. If I saw this on a friend’s registry, I’d buy it again for them.I use a combination of these and the Momcozy Hydrogel pads before bed on days I feel especially tender/sensitive during pregnancy.

Valuable
These therapy packs are a true postpartum essential. I’ve used them both hot and cold — warm for helping with let-down during pumping, and cold for relief from engorgement and tenderness. They heat up quickly in the microwave and stay warm long enough to be effective. The soft covers are gentle on sensitive skin and easy to clean. Whether you’re dealing with nipple pain, clogged ducts, or just need extra comfort, these are incredibly helpful.

Lifesaver for Mastitis and Drying Up Milk Supply
The Lansinoh Breast Therapy Packs have been incredibly helpful for me during some tough breastfeeding challenges. When I experienced mastitis, the cold packs provided much-needed relief from pain and swelling. Using the hot packs before nursing or pumping also helped with milk flow and comfort.Later, when I needed to start drying up my milk supply, the cold packs were a great way to reduce discomfort and inflammation. They’re easy to heat or chill quickly, and the soft fabric cover feels gentle on sensitive skin.If you’re breastfeeding and dealing with issues like mastitis or engorgement, these therapy packs are definitely worth having on hand. They made a tough situation much more manageable for me.

Easy to use but be careful for overheat.
Life saver for new mothers and their babies. It can be used as a hot pack for babies. Be careful to overheat; 10-15 seconds in the microwave is good enough for my use.
