Something as simple as this can really boost kids' enthusiasm for doing school work. My kids love using them in a variety of creative ways and just goofing around. The pointers are also useful for me when I'm teaching them new material or trying to get them to focus (it's more likely they'll pay attention to this thing pointing than my hand pointing). They are incredibly sturdy. I'm not concerned about the kids leaving them outside, throwing them in the pool, or slamming them against the side of the hose. They're also really cute and colorful!

I know this is advertised for kids but I (an adult) use them to punch in codes for gated entry. Saves me from having to park close to the pillars that block the keypad, prevents me from possibly damaging my car, and it has a long pointy finger which makes it easy to punch specific keys. ONLY thing is I would like to have some type of silicon cap on the end to allow for more precise accuracy when using this tool, otherwise great for my use.

Bought these during the pandemic to allow me to point to things without having to breech the three foot social distancing. Students enjoyed them as they are colorful, and the "hand" is cartoonish. They have held up very well over the last 18 months, although they have had somewhat light use (maybe once a week or so). Could see students enjoying using these in the classroom as they point to answers. Good value.

I purchased these for use in my practice as a school psychologist. As a pointer these are fine. I also find them sturdy and a good value. But in these days of " everything Covid- related", I bought them specifically to minimize student contact with printed materials and so they can be thoroughly cleaned / disinfected between each use and they have fully met that need. the only reason I awarded them only 4 stars is because they are too long for my purpose and had to be cut down.

Its a silly little thing but I got this because I am homeschooling my autistic daughter. She has a really hard time with writing and can only work on it for about 5 minutes before she becomes overly frustrated. She is also nearly impossible to motivate if she is not interested. So, we made a morning binder with different challenges and questions where she simply uses the pointer to show the answer. Keeps her motivated and serves its purpose. I should also add that my youngest two like to use them as lightsabers and duel around the house and they have all held up without issue.

My younger grandchildren saw a friend with these and asked for me to find some for them. They love playing school with them and having fun

cute, lightweight plastic hand pointer. I thought the hand part would be made of silicone, guess it would be heavy if it was. weird point direction, shouldn't the thumb be tuck in a little bit more? it makes my developmentally challenged child confused thinking of seven then pointing. anyway, great buy. thank you.
