I've taken different amino acids through the years, but these are one of the best, they are easy to swallow unlike those other horse pills, it's only been a few weeks since I got these so I wanted to wait a little before reviewing for you, I am really starting to see and feel a difference, with a good dinner and having diabetes these have helped me start to lose the extra weight and give me number extra energy too get through my workouts and feel better everyday, it's tougher when you get older to keep going that needed distance and these have helped so much more then the others I have taken, I will be ordering more, thank you for developing and supplies this product, I am amazed and very happy, I am also a personal trainer for years, and recommend this product to many people now , thumbs up 👍👍

I haven't noticed any results, but I haven't been keeping scientific records either.

I've been working out regularly 4-5 times per week for about 5 years. Getting up in age now I need a little extra help recovering to be ready for what tomorrow may bring. OWN PWR L-Carnitine helps me get through my workouts getting strong and helps me recover quicker than I used to. It's a great product that I will continue to use!

This works well and doesnt have any extra unnecessary ingredients or sketchy proprietary blends. The purpose is to convert fat to energy. Of course if you're not active, it's not going to work. When used as intended and with a healthy diet and plenty of exercise it does give a nice little boost and helps to burn off the fat. I've been using various brands off and on for a few years and you can definitely tell a difference between the times I am using it and when I am not. It's no magic pill and you're not going to lose 25lbs in a week, but it does help burn a little extra as long as youre putting forth the energy to make it work. I've noticed it also helps with my overall feeling of well being and eliminating sluggishness. Although this isnt an energy pill, since it does help metabolism, it can help your natural energy levels get back to a more normal state, so in that sense you may feel a little energized.
