Golfers Elbow
These tools work as well as any others in my opinion. I've had golfers elbow for about a year now. Gua Sha is good for dealing with chronic tendon issues. After PT I had regained a lot of strength in those tendons but there was always this lingering achy pain that just wouldn't go away, most likely from a build up of scar tissue etc. I'll use these tools for about 10-15 minutes 4/5 times a week and I've been moving much closer to finally putting this whole issue behind me.

Perfect
Lovely quality. Have used the traditional jade in the past and found it to be too slippery when used with oil or lotion. The larger piece is so much more comfortable to hold and allows more pressure when needed without pain. I hardly use the smaller one. Love that it’s renewable resource and vegan to boot. Don’t bother with the horn or jade stuff - this is far superior and looks beautiful.

Works for blood stagnation
My daughter, a licensed acupuncturist, recommended that my husband use these with coconut oil on his lower legs nightly to help with blood stagnation. It works very well and he has added it to his shiatsu and walking regimen.

Lightweight
I like the appearance and how lightweight these tools are. I use them for soft tissue management and they seem to work great. My only con would be that they are a little difficult to clean as compared to the jade. I would recommend for sure.Delivered on time as described.

Less pain
My daughter was born with very complex medical problems. She struggles with pain every single day. Her physical therapist recommended these to help improve her boood flow. These are easy to use and since we got them, she’s complained less of pain, especially in her neck where she has spastic muscles

Quality stuff
Nice shape. I mostly use the shark tooth one. I find that it fits my hand better. Twice a week for deep tissue with some sort of lubricant.. like oil or really liquid loation u found is a nice way to relax and unwind your muscles
