Excellent replacement – Works as expected
Initially, I received a defective product. It couldn't retain the temperature properly, and the hot water became cold within about 4 hours, so I requested a replacement.The replacement product is completely different and works perfectly. It keeps water hot for around **48 hours**, just as claimed. The outer plastic body is good, and the insulation performance is excellent.One thing to keep in mind is that the inner insulated bottle is made of **glass**, so it should be handled carefully to avoid breakage. Apart from that, I am very happy with the replacement and its performance. If you receive a defective piece, I recommend requesting a replacement instead of returning it immediately.

Faulty product do not buy this
Mentioned it fails to retain temperatureI bought the Milton Eiffel 1000 for my daily commute. The build, strap, lid and seals are all well made and it’s leakproof — no visible damage or defects. However, it fails to retain temperature: hot water cools to lukewarm within a few hours and cold drinks warm up noticeably sooner than other vacuum flasks I’ve used. If long-term insulation (6+ hours) is important, this unit didn’t meet my expectations. Good design and portability, but consider alternatives or contact Milton support/warranty for a replacement.

It's brittle inside
The product itself is very good in keeping the temperature both cold and hot but the inside of the bottle is coated with brittle glass I keep the bottle near my bed in the floor i accidentally hit the bottle and it fell and the inside of the bottle brokeI didn't fill it with too hot water or coldIf you can use it carefully it is a god product

Best at it work...
Moment I received it, I boiled a water and filled it. on every interval of 6 hours I checked it and found the water hot..it's been 24 hours and the water was still hot. I am convinced. Let's see for how long will it does it's work.Thanks Milton for low cost and high values.
