MyLifeUNIT Aluminum 4-Cup Egg Frying Pan, Non Stick Egg Cooker Pan

I waited to leave a review being i wanted to use it a few times first. I have used it 6 times now. I really like it. It seems a little hard at first to flip your eggs. I purchased a 6.90 mini spatula 8 inches long by 1.25 with i believe silicone. Was perfect for flipping . Just get it under and do a quick flip. I use a tiny tiny bit of bacon grease in each egg spot. I have never had them stick. The pan washes very nicely . I wash it by hand . In the pic above i chose to break the yolks this time . But have made them without breaking the yolk and they came out great. If you like eggs try a little cumin on them. I am very happy with this pan. Works fast and well with my cinnamon toast. For the price of the pan it has been well worth it. If you can’t flip an egg , well then i suggest you go to Mc Donalds .. lol 😂

Easy to contain oil under the egg. I find it best to flip the egg once while cooking.

This pan is simply amazing! Eggs don’t stick and come out in perfect shape every time. You can easily serve such eggs for a festive breakfast. I bought one for myself and also for several of my friends — everyone is very happy with it.

So I love to cook. I'm not a professional cook, have no formal training or experience in a culinary job for that matter. But as far as home cooking I am very good. That being said, for some reason cooking eggs, especially fried eggs has always eluded me. I would always break the yolk or turn it into scrambled eggs within 30 seconds of cooking. I bought a panini maker and wanted to start making my own breakfast sandwiches so I thought I would try a special egg frying pan. I am so happy with this pan. I easily cook perfect, round shaped fried eggs for sandwiches every time now. They cook fast, easy, the no-stick works perfect. I toss the pan in the dishwasher no problem. So happy I found this as now I am going to start making more eggs now that this helped me overcome that one major shortcoming I had when cooking eggs. I would recommend getting a lid with it if you don't already have one that fits it. I luckily had one that fits it perfectly. Just a quick note: I have only had the pan for about a week now. It is super lightweight. It almost feels flimsy, but I think only time will tell. You have to attach the handle yourself and it comes with an allen wrench for it so you don't need additional tools. The handle feels solid attached. I honestly think I'm just not used to aluminum pans and that's what gives me a feeling that it isn't as sturdy. I do not have any actual evidence to say it isn't sturdy, it may very well be. I just wanted to add that part as it was one small thing that stuck out to me, although it isn't really a negative point.

The pan did not work out the way I thought it would. I have an electric cooktop, and the pan slides all over. Plus, the eggs were hard to get out of the pan.

This pan works so well! I tried using Mason Jar lids and metal cookie cutters to make a circular eggs for sandwiches but the egg always leaked out, even on a flat griddle. This pan absolutely solved this problem. Plus it doesn't stick at all. I love it!

It won’t work on a convection hob I believe, but it’s great on my Aga and I’ve discovered a new fascination with cooking mini omelettes! Beat an egg and a bit of grated cheese together, then pour into the hollows in this pan, and voila - instant supper. Use a silicone spatula to turn them over/out to avoid scratching the pan, and you only need to run the pan under the hot tap to get it clean, no detergent needed. I’m not convinced that fried eggs are as “fried” as I would normally expect from traditional frying, because they can’t spread out as thinly, so they come out as a cross between fried and poached, but this is a sight cleaner and easier to use, with minimal oil needed. It does work with no oil at all, but I prefer the effect with a little bit sprayed on.

Es macht keinen Sinn, Liwanzen-/Augenpfannen aus einem schweren Material herzustellen, da man mit einer relativ niedrigen Temperatur arbeitet. Daher ist die relativ leichte, aber trotzdem robuste Pfanne bestens für ihren Zweck geeignet. Die Beschichtung lässt nichts anbrennen. Einzig die Lieferzeit auf China war etwas lange.
