Turn out this product is freaking excellent! Does the perfectly and quick! Highly recommended
Looks Cheap and very expensive! the manual is very confusing Not DIY friendly! I have a problem understanding on how to install a vent on the vent port! the vent port lid where you clamp a hose is so freaking small Its hard to clamp a vent hose on it!. why make the lid lips so small! for $750 you can a less make the clamping area 1/2 inch taller and NOT 1/4 tall! The manual diagram doesn't indicate which is the vent port also. Not Recommended! I should have bought the SANIGRIND Pro ! my 1st pick...

Broken after a dozen uses, zero customer service
I bought this for my basement bathroom. It’s not in the box for a while due to some remodel delays, and when it was finally installed it lasted less than 12 flushes before it didn’t work anymore. I didn’t register it because that wasn’t apparent with the purchase, and even through its brand new Customer Service never even got back to me. I’ve emailed 3 times now with pictures and proof of purchase but they are ghosts. Waste of a LOT of money.

Expected better
Bought one and it was internally damaged and wouldn't Work. So bought another one to replace the first one and the same problem. And was broken in the same place. Repaired the first one with JB Weld for plastic.

This was the perfect solution to install a full bath in the bathroom without having to run plumbing under the concrete. Easy to install!

Muy eficiente para trabajar en lugares donde no puedes meter tubería para drenaje por piso, tritura y bombea los desechos hasta 4m de altura de ahí puedes utilizar el sistema normal por gravedad para llegar a un punto de conexión
