I purchased this for my 91 year old mom. It has given everyone at home a lot of peace of mind as we do not have to worry about her slipping and falling down in the bathroom while she takes shower.The item is made of Aluminum and hard plastic. That makes it lightweight and sturdy, two very useful qualities when you think of an elderly person using it.Considering the fact that this item would mostly be assembled by the elderly, a small instructional video on the item's Amazon website showing how to assemble it, would be EXTREMELY helpful. My 62 year old sister struggled with it through several attempts before successfully putting the parts together.Shipping was exceptionally fast, which was great.The seller’s after sales service was good. I received a prompt response to my email question.I thought it was expensive and was a bit hesitant while placing an order. But the final product was well worth the money as it was sturdy and rust proof.Overall, a GOOD experience!

Good quality. Risk of tilting and falling is there ,if you are careless.

The holes on the aluminium rod did not match with those on the backrest.The backrest has a pinching projection on front side opposite to the hole in centre of back side.which is not used for any purposeThese details have been sent to enquiry @Kosmochem.comalso by email

The product is sturdy but bulky. Any product for Senior Citizens must be lighter and easy to handle. This can be achieved in this product by simple modifications -1. Give a hand grip in the center of the back rest, instead of present two hand grips on the sides2. Back need not be sam size as seat. It can be made smaller and with lesser degree of curve to make it more comfortable.3. The metallic parts can be made of lighter gauge without compromising on weight bearing capacity.I wish that alignment of holes on the seat/back-rest and holes on the metallic parts is better. It was difficult to assemble.

My mother loves this, uses it for bath every day for last 2+ years. This is a very well made product.Get this when you can or want to buy instead of waiting till it is needed.

The product arrived before the committed date. I took time to review to see the utility and then rate.This product is for my aged mother. Before this she was unable to go down until her leg and apply soap. Now post kosmocare chair she is so comfortable that she is able to apply soap throughout.She isn't bulky and the size is bigger then her frame... Which is niceThe side grip helps her to hold and thats a well thought ideaHeight adjustment takes care of all sizesProduct installation is quite easyHowever one thing I did not get this if there is any warranty. No where in invoice it's mentioned.

Excellent product. Assembly instructions can be improved on the manual to make it more easy.Comfortable high quality product for senior citizens with back rest too
