Our new design of DIY brick BBQ kit. Measuring 67cm x 40cm and made from high strength stainless steel. . The ash tray is made from 1mm stainless with the inserted charcoal grate at 7mm stainless bar. The ash tray has a lip affixed to the front measuring approximately 70mm to prevent ash from falling on to the caterer. The heavy duty charcoal grate locks in to the tray allowing approximately 50mm of air flow for the coals underneath. The gap in between the charcoal bars is only 20mm. PLEASE NOTE BRICKS ARE NOT INCLUDED.

**Q: Does this come with the 2 grills as shown in the picture or just one with the tray?**
A: Yes 2 grill shelves. Only used it once but very good gauge of steel.

**Q: Hello, do you have a set like this to fit 92cmx40cm size? I got rid of the old grill  from my brick base & need a replacement of the same size to fit**
A: The ash pan is 67x40cm, so not long enough.

**Q: Is the ash try built strongly enough so that charcoal can be burnt directly on the ash try instead of the grill?**
A: The stainless steel doesn't corrode due to the heat, however it does expand. Burning directly on the try would likely distort it permanently.

**Q: How many bricks are required?**
A: I used 25 lightweight blocks 200mm x 100mm x 400mm got them at local diy store also 1 x 15kg bag of ready mixed mortar, built it in a morning, blocks can be cut to size with an old handsaw.
Bought some steel angle brackets to support grills fixed at height you require, gave a couple of coats of terracotta exterior paint

Good quality product

### ⭐ BBQ grill tray and grill

The tray where it retains the ashes is good quality. Unfortunately the grill where it supposed to hold the coal is too wide. As it says 20mm gap in the advert but they are too wide and the coal falls through the gaps in the ash tray. Now I have to order a steel mesh and it will cost me at least another £45. The grills for the bbq are not strong enough for a width of 67cm. When you cook on them, it becomes bouncy due to the weight of the meat. I bought t 2 grills, one for cooking and one for keeping the food warm. Don’t bother. It will cost you £20 extra and it is not fit for purpose. Very disappointed with purchase.
