Will this fit my Lumix G7?

It is likely to be large for the Lumix. The rain cover is sized for full size DSLR cameras.

Does the plastic window turn cloudy over time?

Mine hasn't, but I have own it for just over a year.

Will this work with a monopod with the body in the vertical position? Aquatech series will not, hoping this will.

With a short lens like a 24-70 probably. I used it on a tripod with that lens. It is a sleeve with no split but tapered as shown in the promotional photo so probably workable with a monopod in same way .

Is there risk of rain drops falling on the filter glass of the lens to insert inside the lens?

The rain hood is not designed to extend beyond the lens body or an attached lens hood. If you want to stop rain drops falling on a filter or lens glass face away from the rain or use the lens hood associated with the particular lens size.
