Review: Beautiful dollhouse, great quality and price - This dollhouse is amazing. It’s a great size, very sturdy, and the finishes are fantastic. It comes unassembled and you do need a tool to put the screws in place, but it’s not difficult at all. I bought it for my 2-year-old nieces for Christmas and they absolutely loved it. It does not come with dolls, so you’ll need to purchase those separately. I highly recommend it, especially considering the great price for the quality. Review: Paid $40. Five Star Doll House At That Price! - I purchased this when it was at a GREAT price around Thanksgiving - $40.59!!! At that price, it is definitely a 5 star purchase! If I had paid more than $60 for it, I would have docked a star. Ours didn't come with people, so she uses some other figurines we have. I wasn't expecting people included, so this is fine. LOVE: - All the furniture! I was a little girl once, and these extras are a big deal. Furniture is quality, has great details, and parts that open and close! - Style: Plastic/bright pink doll houses are not for me. This house is CUTE. Not flashy. adorable details. - Assembly. I was intimidated when I opened the box. TONS of pieces to put together! But I was so impressed with how easy it was. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The hardware was separated into little compartments, so you don't have to sort them yourself and hope you are using the right screw. Love that the screws are colored so they blend with the part of the house you are using it on!!!! Took me a little under an hour, start to finish to put it all together. Don't love: - it is particle board with paper stuck to it. So compared to the wood dollhouse I my grandfather made for me, it is not great quality. But we live in a time where most of us can only afford the mass-made-in-China dollhouse instead of the solid wood, handmade one. So for $40, this is hands-down the best deal I could have hoped for! - The refrigerator came with some wood peeled off the side. A few other pieces have smaller marks and scuffs as well. Will be contacting the seller to see if they can send a new refrigerator. will update here once I hear back. fingers cross for awesome customer service! Summary: My 2 year old LOVES it. I love that it is cute (vs flashy), the PERFECT size, easy to assemble, and that it was inexpensive. ## Features - MADE OF WOOD and EASY ASSEMBLY: Dollhouse is made of premium, sustainable materials for long-lasting play. The KidKraft Customer Care Team **Q: Would Calico Critters dolls work well with this house?** A: Calico Critters work with the dollhouse too. In fact we have some with it as well. **Q: Do the loving family fisher price dolls fit in this house?** A: Yes, the dolls will fit. It will not fit Barbie sized dolls. Also, because the Fisher Price dolls are made wide some of the furniture may not fit them as well. For example, the tube may not fit the parents. But my kids find a way of putting the Dad in for a bath. You can also remove the furniture supplied and used the Loving Family furniture. She didn’t have one at her house and I wanted to get her something she could use her imagination with. This was sturdy, easy to assemble, and came with some furniture. We bought a little family of mice dolls which she loves. I’m sure she will get lots of hours of play. ## Frequently Bought Together - KidKraft Chelsea Doll Cottage Wooden Dollhouse with 16 Accessories, Working Shutters, for 5-Inch Dolls - Jzszera Wooden Doll House People of 8 Figures, Dolls Family Set for Girls Toddler Kids Dollhouse Accessories Toy - Hape Family Pets Wooden Dollhouse Animal Set --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/82308403-chelsea-doll-cottage-wooden-dollhouse-with-16-accessories](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/82308403-chelsea-doll-cottage-wooden-dollhouse-with-16-accessories) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
