Reduces pain, supports and adheres welleven after shower
We use this tape in every situation, neck, back, hip, knee, ankles feet, and it reduces pain with its support. Do not put in hairy spots or very tender skin. No not try to just rip it off as it has great adhesive power. Last for days .I remove in shower or if it has been on for many days it's easier to remove. Way better than tan tape which i have for just a1 day use. Changes your pain

Durable
Excellent product, lasts for about 7 days or so, it’s water resistance and works pretty well. You can exercise, sweat, it can be the hottest day outside and will stay on.

My Secret Weapon Behind the Chair
I swear by KT tape! I love the different colors, makes being injured less terrible 😂 I’m a hairstylist and have pretty bad shoulders from being in the industry for almost a decade. With that being said, this stuff makes it possible for me to get through long shifts and stabilizes my shoulders and neck better so I can keep going! Highly recommend for wear and tear for my fellow stylists out there!

long lasting and water resistant
Great tape, would have preferred beige, but it was not available. Beige would have given this 5 stars.

Magic
I don't understand why it works but it's instant relief. I use it on my shoulder for a torn rotater cuff and a SLAP tear. I'm now debating if I should go through with surgery because it works so well. It will last multiple days but it is a bit painful to remove. Wizard magic.

Confort and reliability
Wonderful, I have an injured ankle. The ankle brace becomes uncomfortable and tight. The kt tape keeps my ankle secure when walking and doing aerobics.

Great for tendonitis compression
I don't buy into the snake oil pitch about improved circulation, but this tape makes a very good compression for tendonitis.
