Professional Bavarian Cream Pastry, Dessert, and Cupcake Filling (2 lb pack)

This is a great product. I froze one of my containers (on a whim). Upon defrosting, I found some curdling. I added a little cornstarch and whisked it for a short while. It again became extremely smooth and creamy. The flavor is superb. We used it to fill cored out french vanilla cupcakes. Fabulous. I can't wait to try Boston Creme Pie.

The flavor was excellent, as was the consistency. I will buy more. However, I would appreciate knowing how long I can keep it in the frig????

Not a great flavor to start with, but after taste is a deal breaker

Taste is not great unless you want plain and simple. Does not taste like a professional bakery product.

ready to use,seller send it on time,taste great and no mess.It come in a single pacage,All I had to do uas give it a little cut and that was it!

Tried this product because the price was good but it ended up being more expensive in the long run because I had to mix it with whipped cream to make it taste better. It seemed to have a peculiar aftertaste that was almost a little bitter.I am from Europe and more used to German and British bakery style Bavarian cream so maybe if you're not used to what I call the 'good stuff' you will be okay with this product but I wouldn't personally buy it again.
