HARBACH ROMANIAN BRANZA DE BURDUF 450g

The wrong picture in here. I used this cheese and it taste very good. If you don’t like strong salty cheese this is not for you.I loved it

I grew up in a region where branza de burduf was found on every table so I know exactly how is supposed to taste. This one is not 100 % sheep milk ( 5 % maybe ) But not only that . Taste just like old cheese forgot in the refrigerator .I was excited about the price but now I know you get what you pay for . In this case even less than you paid for . Another thing is the shipping . Was 150 % more than the cheese apparently for special shipping due to the nature of items . Was just a flat rate USPS shipping box with nothing other than some paper. So if you are craving for brinza de burduf , don`t bother to buy this brand

Not bad but not as good than the original

Good cheese, best with "mamaliga" and butter and sour cream. Reminding everyone of old same old dish that any Romanian loves!!

I will order for the 4th time and all is good, taste is great, package is good, but a little tricky to order in the summer because those gel packs don't last as long.

A little expensive, but the cheese is very good. Just spoon it on a plate next to some polenta (Yellow grits) along with some cottage cheese, and you make a very good supper.

It is a little saltier than I thought that would be, but I like it very much. Of course it is " fatty", that is why is soooooo good

Tastes exactly like the one I use to eat all the time in Romania ! I went and bought another 4 !
