L'OR Espresso Variety Pack Nespresso Compatible Coffee Pods (Pack of 10, Total 100 Coffee Capsules)

Tyhe only reason I got this product was to try the different intensities. All are quite strong but my favourite is the Ultimo. At a 13 intensity it is perfect for my taste as I do like coffee as strong as it gets. The problem is that now I have found my favourite, I can't buy it.If I want the Ultimo pods I have to continue buying the variety packs, which is not good when one considers the other three strengths are widely available on their own.I currently have just over 100 Onyx (12) pods but I really want the Ultimo.For those that enjoy their coffee this is a good pack, with each strength going up subtly rather than harshly. The difference in strength / flavour between the Supremo (10) and the Ristretto (11) is a nice little jump rather than a leap. the same applies between the Onyx (12) and the Ultimo (13) one can notice a bit more strength in flavour but not so much as to put one off.The flavour / strength of the Onyx is similar to a very famous East African coffee shop where locals can only drink shots of it as it's too strong for them, even though they grow the stuff. The Ultimo is stronger and I do like that.This variety box is for the hardcore coffee fan due to the strengths. If one is considering trying these pods and having higher water volumes to them then think carefully. Even if you use 70ml of water with these pods the coffee is still strong and not for the weak hearted. L'OR do have a good produce a good intensity 9 pod called Forza. I use Forza when I want something a little milder and that is suitable for those that haven't reached the hardcore level of coffee drinkers yet.Apart from drinking this coffee during the day / night it is a really good breakfast coffee for those that want a fast, rapid high dose of caffeine to wake up to, especially after a long night out.Quality wise, these coffee in these pods is good quality, the pods are aluminium and I haven't had a single fail from themGiven the quality and the price I do find these pods to be good value so I am recommending them and more so because one can produce better drinks than coffee shop outlets at 25% of the cost or even less.

An excellent way to discover four different varieties ranging from 10-13 in strength. I have always found the L’OR capsules to be a great cost-effective alternative for the Nespresso Original machines. In my experience they are fully compatible, delivering an espresso that is tasty and has a great aroma. My only “negative” comment is that, in my opinion, the L’OR capsules are not as strong as some alternatives - I would judge this selection to be more like 8-11 (take two steps off each rating), but as long as you’re looking for a smooth, enjoyable and moderately strong coffee, this does the trick. At the end of the day, the perception of strength is subjective. I use the Supremo pods for milky coffee and the others for espresso and will definitely order more of these in time.

Good selection of coffee pods, at a reasonable price.

This L’OR Espresso Intense variety box is a great choice for anyone who enjoys strong, full bodied coffee. The pods produce a rich crema and bold flavour, with a good range of intensities to suit different moods. They work perfectly with Nespresso compatible machines and taste consistently good. Excellent value for a 40 pod pack and ideal for espresso lovers.

I’ve tried quite a few compatible pods over the years, but this L'OR Espresso Variety Pack is easily one of the best I’ve had.The biggest win is the variety. You get a really nice mix of strengths and flavour profiles, from smooth and balanced to darker, more intense blends. It’s great being able to switch things up depending on the time of day – lighter in the morning, stronger after lunch.Quality-wise, the coffee tastes genuinely premium and full-bodied, not thin or watery like some third-party pods. The crema is thick and rich, and the flavour is deep and aromatic – very close to what you’d expect from a café espresso.They work perfectly with my Nespresso coffee machine machine too. No leaking, no jams, and they pierce cleanly every time. Just pop one in and it runs smoothly.I also like that the capsules feel well made and sealed properly, so the freshness is clearly there. Every cup tastes consistent.For 100 capsules, the value is excellent. Great taste, good selection and reliable performance – I’ll definitely be ordering these again.Highly recommended for anyone who wants better coffee without paying café prices.

Great product great taste

A nice range of the “stronger” variants. Considering it is the lowest intensity in the pack, I expected the Supremo to be the weak link, but it was surprisingly good - strong enough and lovely flavour.

el sabor barista, con el numero 13 aqui en españa, tiene otro nombre, debido a que supongo este pack está destinado a otro mercado, pero es es mismo, el pack viene bien protegido, y todas las capsulas en perfecto estado, en cuanto al sabor, hay diferencias entre las 4 variedades, pero a las 6 de la mañana, ni idea de cual elijo, pero una vez terminadas todas, publico este comentario, un saludo cafeter@s!
