Review: Amazingly complete - I was shocked at the complexity of the subject, but more so at how well the author handled that complexity. She presented an amazing amount of information in an easily digestible format. There was also a fair amount of information on related subjects as well. I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking to improve their knowledge on this subject. Review: This is "the" book for ABV credential prep!! - This core text is often difficult to find at the brick-mortar stores, but a snap to get through desertcart. Any accounting library without this resource falls short.

At least one from Dr. Pratt is needed
Everyone needs at least Pratt book in their forensic accounting and BV library. If you have one, this might be a partial repeat (Shannon repeats lots in each book) but it is always good for reference in a report.

Required Book
So this textbook was required as part of the MBA program at Xavier University. Like most of the rest of the buyers of this book, I'd never have purchased it otherwise. Candidly, I didn't open the book much, but it was helpful when I did. It was in good shape, as well.

Bad book! Of no value
Bad book! Of no value. Waste of money. Nobody would wade through that monster except perhaps a collage student forced to read it. Not worth even one star.

Lot of pages but few real insights
Too generic and mechanical in my view. Can't say that I picked up any new insights or techniques as such.
