Delicious
These are the best low carb option for noodles that actually taste very good and have a great texture and consistency. I have been enjoying these for a few years now and my family loves them and cannot tell the difference in these and regular noodles.

Perfect noodle for my cold chopped veggie salad.
These noodles are amazing. I just weigh out the 2 ounces dry and the way I use them is to mix in a large cold veggie chopped salad. It gives a little of that “pasta salad” vibe but with the noodles spread out like that I get very little carbs because there are multiple servings per salad. This way I can still enjoy pasta as a diabetic.
