How do i hang a frame which is 10 kgs? i tried mounting 5kg frame using 4 pairs of 7.4 kgs strip, it didn’t work. i have tried even 5kg strips (4kg)?

It depends on the surface in which you are using these strips. For 10kg it is better to use nails than these strips.

Can i use this on wall paper?will it damage wall paper while removing it
