Fits Remington 870 Marine Magnum
Holy cow, This Limbsaver pad was made for the Remington 870 Marine Magnum. It fit it perfectly. I used the screws from the original pad which had actually melted. I guess from old age. Awesome shotgun, but the original pad just melted. This Limbsaver (Part number 10101) was not to hard to find, so that is why I specifically say it fits a 870 Marine Magnum. No sanding or grinding required, installs and fits perfectly. Enjoy, thanks

Perfect Fit
This stock fit perfectly on my Browning A-Bolt 30-06. I already know it is going to calm down the recoil based on other rifles I have this pad on.

This pad requires fitting to remington stock
Limbsaver says it will fit remington synthetic stock. It requires grinding with a dremil to fit. Took about an hour to fit the pad. I don't believe it will reduce recoil by 70 percent. It is better than the hard rubber pad remington had on the stock. This limbsaver is going on a 338 winchester mag caliber remington rifle. Hope it helps.

It doesn't get any better!
Just what I needed to replace the factory on my Remington 700 stock. Reduces the felt recoil of a 300WSM to more like a 270 Win. or even less. Easy to install (lube your screw driver shaft!) For people who can't read instructions or fine print, make sure you're ordering the right size! If in doubt, contact Limbsaver or talk to a KNOWLEDGEABLE gunsmith. Seeing too many reviews by people who order the wrong size and blame the company.

The Best One Made!!
I have several rifles and if they don't have one on them, I put a Limbsaver on them. They work better than any others I have tried. I think the marketing hype is that they reduce felt recoil by 50%, and I think they do as claimed. It's nice now days when something works "as advertised" because most things don't. I think they are worth the money.

Incredible Accessory
I’d say a must have for any shotgun. Incredible recoil absorption. You still feel it upon firing obviously, but hours after a long range session my shoulder, which has an old injury, barely feels uncomfortable.

Fits 7600 Police 308 carbine perfectly!!
I can't give it 5 stars yet ... I'll need some time to see if it "melts" like the factory butt pad did but it fits my 7600 perfectly and takes much of the kick out of it!!
