Can the soubd be disabled?

yes, there is a switch at the top of the battery box. so that you can disable the sound detection, and it will only work when the button is pressed.

I just recieved mine, and it is good when i use the button. What noises are supposed to activate it? Is there a tag i have to remove or switch?

Theres a yellow tag on the battery pack on the back to pull out :) Theres an on/off switch there too

Can the sound be disabled?

The lights & movement work at the same time as the sound, so your only option would be to turn off. It does also have a "test" button so it will only operate when pressed if you didnt want it to constantly go off when triggered
