KaKesa Steel Drum Pan Mallets Sticks Aluminum - 6Bass

My nephew loves it.. so much that I bought the blue ones first and now had to buy this one because to see him happy is priceless...

These mallets are excellent and lightweight. I was previously playing with a set of handmade mallets with wooden handles and sponge rubber balls on the end and these are definitely lighter. Grip could be slightly better, but that might just be a personal preference and will probably feel better as I continue to play with them. Overall they make a good tone with the drum, my notes seem to ring out a bit more with these. Like I said, the only thing that I would really try to improve on is a slightly better grip on the shaft of the mallet, otherwise they are a decent set of mallets.
