I have no purchased this twice for my mother in law. It’s a wonderful product, mixes well, color is great, doesn’t smell awful at all and super easy to apply and work with. I love being able to get a professional product without all the hassle of trudging to the beauty stores only to find out the color is out of stock. This has so many great benefits for aging hair and it doesn’t irritate my MIL sensitive scalp either. ***Disclaimer- Always do a patch test to check for skin reactions or allergies because everyone is different***

This is a great product! You do need to buy the developer and mix it yourself. Which isn’t entirely clear on the description . I used a different brand for the developer (Salon) and it worked great. I can get two root touch ups out of one tube so it’s more economical. It colors my resistant gray very well. Leaves my hair super soft and shiny. Love the blond color! It even smells nice! This will be my new hair coloring product after using Preference for 15 yrs.

It's very good color, I can say I use it for years. I sometimes change the shade for new experiences. It usually cover my grays perfectly.

My wife couldn't live without this product. Can't have any gray hair. Great product.

Excellent gray coverage , way better than store bought brands. Also a better value and better result than Madison Reed. No instructions with the color, so with research I use 20 volume and mix 1:1 with this hair color, and use half the tube for coloring the roots thoroughly. There is always a little excess for the rest of my short hair. Leaving it on 40-45 completely covers the gray. The result is a very good base just alone, or sometimes I put in highlights. Highly recommend for both quality and value.

I was using Age Beautiful 9N & 10N liquid and was satisfied. It seems they've phased out of the liquid. I switched over to the Liqui Creme based on reviews by others and wow am I disappointed. First, it is really hard to measure when you're mixing 2 colors. Next, as someone who has some arthritis in her hands, it's really hard to get all of the creme out of the tube and a lot is wasted, so it's poor value for my money. Lastly, and the most important, it doesn't seem to cover the grays for as long as the liquid did. It lasts about a week and then the color starts to wear off. I am really disappointed in this product. I won't be purchasing it again and considering going back to Wella, which is what I used for many years before.

I'm really happy with this product. I use equal amounts of 9N and 10 N to get my best color. The 9n is too dark and 10n too light, so mixed together is just right. I follow up with the ION after color conditioner. It makes my hair look thicker and in better condition with color in it. My roots come in white but when I don't add color it doesn't look good at all, too thin and too pale for my skin tone.
