Great fitness/sleep tracker watch.
I bought this for work as I work with animals and my hands get dirty and wet so this watch is perfect as there's no little dials to get in the way and is easily cleaned, also I've used this whilst washing my hands and the water has not effected it. I am yet to test it thoroughly with water to see if it's really waterproof so can't comment on that properly yet. It's comfortable to wear and I love checking how many steps I've done etc and I Love the sleep tracker which I think is extremely accurate! The only thing I can't work out is how to track my exercise as whenever I click on it, on the app it tells me to log in and I'm already logged in, and I exercise daily or have one or two rest days a week so I would really like to use this feature but I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or of its just my watch. Google doesn't have any answers but Either way I'd definitely recommend this to anyone wondering about the watch as it's brilliant for the price and I'd much rather have this over a FitBit!My wrists are quite small so on the tightest one it's a TINY bit loose but not much at all, still comfy to wear and I fully charged it when I received it about 3 days ago I think, it's now got 1/4 battery left but I do keep checking it a lot haha. Many thanks to the seller for a prompt service, well packaged item and for the nice email asking if I'd received it or not. I'm very happy with my purchase.

5* just so you can read the truth by fitness trainer
I liked the look of this product, being a personal trainer I need a good sturdy fitness tracker, I also swim so I need waterproof. I put 5* so people can see my review, i received it and charged it at first glance my data was only getting tracked by the device not the app on phone they would not sync. But it was on so wore it on my wrist, by the time I walked 2 miles it had turned off twice. I then took it home and charged it again untill it said full battery then took it to work, I worked out and trained and half an hour in it switched of then came back on, then off n took and hour to come back on then off again but this time it never came back on untill I got home and it had deleted all my data and progress. I then put in for a refund as I need a device that's going to hold up out of water God know what would of happened if I had went for a swim. But when I applied for a refund I got a email from the customer service of the product, which I though were great at first, turns out they promise to resolve the query but just endless conversations and running around in circles so they were no help. My honest opinion as a personal trainer and a fitness enthusiast, dont waste your money it may be 9.99 but ul just be wasting it. Find one that actually works for that price.

Pretty good for the price.
Not bad for the price, works pretty well and the app is decent.Occasionally it resets itself (often inconveniently when you have far exceeded your daily target) and resets the day back to zero. This is an occasional thing but is annoying when it happens.Heart monitor seems to work OK, occasional errors but as it clearly works using some kind of magic that is far beyond my comprehension this seems acceptable.Sleep tracker is good and really interesting. Seems to be quite accurate. Good to see what factors aid or inhibit a good night's sleep. The call and text alert function is pretty good, with a decent vibration and on screen alert. However the first time it happened I had fallen asleep watching TV, my phone was on silent and I woke suddenly with my left arm vibrating and in my confusion thought that I was having a heart attack. The device and strap are comfortable and are sturdy enough. However, due to it's shape, the device is hard to charge in some USB ports. I use my powerbank to charge this.Overall I am pretty pleased. I can't afford a Fitbit and this seems to be a decent, cheap alternative. It tracks my activity and sleep well enough except for the occasional reset. Worth a buy if you don't have a big wedge to spend on a more expensive tracker.

Won't sync to iPhone 5 but connects to Samsung galaxy edge 7...
Purchased as a gift for my 8 year old.It was a bit of a confusion of what app was aimed at this product. When you scan the square it links you to the wrong app.Won't sync to iPhone 5. Eventually worked by turning the watch on and off to sync with the Samsung galaxy edge 7.Heart rate monitor works well. You need to charge the watch first by detaching one side of the strap... It reveals a usb that you simply connect to your plug adaptor that you use at home for your mobile charger. I did this so when my boy opens it Xmas day he will be already up and running. To reset the time to the current time the watch has to be Bluetooth connected to a mobile. Then once connected to the mobile the watch updates automatically.

You get what you pay for...
For under £20 I’m not sure what I was expecting but a fairly mixed review. So product was easy to set up and the app is fairly easy (some translation issues) but my biggest issue is the watch constantly resets it self despite me now carrying around my phone to ensure the Bluetooth is in range! This means that data is lost and/or the time disappears - which for a watch is mainly the key function. I’ve tried the trouble shooting advice sent by the seller and will keep going with it but wish I’d done more research on this particular model before I bought it. Bit gutted when you open the app to repair the phone and watch and your fitness data goes back to 0 for the day - and this is happening multiple times a day!!!
