Castrol magnetic 5w30 After receiving the item I found outer cap seal is open and gift coupon is missing. Inner seal was intact. I am afraid of duplicate item delivered. Although I have poured it in my car

Broken seal and coupan missing Same packaging same issue on both original and replacement
Disappointed with the Replacement Product I ordered this Castrol Magnatec engine oil and received a product with a damaged/broken inner seal, and the promotional coupon was missing. I requested a replacement instead of a refund, but unfortunately the replacement arrived with the same issues. The inner seal was again damaged/broken, and the promotional coupon was still missing. This makes it difficult to trust the product's packaging and quality control. That said, the engine oil itself is excellent and Castrol is a trusted brand. My concern is only with the packaging and the quality checks before dispatch. I hope the seller improves this to ensure customers receive properly sealed products.
