Not really. I've got several. But what I didn't have was a set of classic tins with weighted bottoms. These are just gorgeous and a pleasure to use. There are other shaker formats that are more beginner friendly (the Elevated Craft shaker is really excellent) but my expectations were fully met. The Koriko shakers look great and work great and impress the patrons at my home bar. Do you really need these? Nope, the budget set up of a tin paired with a pint glass is just as practical.
