Solid drawer, semi-smooth glides, plastic does flex for keyboard
As a work in progress to build a makeshift mobile standing desk, I got this organizer / drawer to hold the usb charger and all the cables, phone and tablet, plus all the accessories like Apple Pencil and headphones. The installation is straightforward. The package includes extra vertical mount bars and extra screws (more than in the photo, 8 extra wood screws and 4 extra metal screws to be exact). I would advise to drill holes on the desk and wipe off all the excess lubrications on the sliders first, or else it will get greasy everywhere. The tray’s dimension is 12.25” x 21.25”, and upon pulling out, you will get 10” of the tray from the edge of the vertical mount bar to the front edge of the tray. There is a 2.5” armrest / pencil holder area, so you have an access to about 7.5” of space in case if you want to use that area for the keyboard.Using the 3rd hole on the shorter vertical mount bar and with a solid wood desk, I found that the drawer very solid and no wobble. Gliding is semi-smooth due to the thick lubrication drowning the ball bearing. It was able to hold all the gears (approximately 10 lbs) easily. Now I only have one single power cable dangle on the side of the mobile desk, and everything else neatly hide underneath.Although being solid, it is best served as an organizer and not as a keyboard tray since there will be some flex upon heavier weight on the tray with its construction of plastic. It would be limiting as well on the 7.5” exposed area for the keyboard when fully pulled out. Also, placing drawer liner on the tray will make a huge different to avoid stuff sliding around freely.

Perfect!!!
I needed a drawer with this bracket on it.The short bracket fitted perfectly with my desk.It was not difficult to install.I really like it~♥♥♥

Good for your basic needs
For the price, it is not bad. It's not a super sturdy drawer, but it does the job. Looking for a cheap basic drawer? This is a good choice

Sturdy, even if it is plastic
The tray comes with two complete sets of screws, short and long, if the wood you're securing it to is shallow depth. The hardware seems rugged. The tray slides nicely on steel ball bearings, it has pen slots in the wrist rest. Overall, for the price, it works well and doesn't feel cheap.

Not White (as described or pictured), but keeping it because of price and convenience
My major disappointment is the color (it's the off white cream cheap color, definitely not white). It doesn't match my white desk as I had hoped. I'll be keeping it only due to price convenience.Pros:-Good Size (fits standard keyboard or laptop).-Allows for height variations-Seems sturdy (though, I only plan to place a laptop)-Price of $35Cons:-COLOR (not a true white)-Need a power drill to install properly-Instructions are not the best (poor grammar and reference non-existing materials such as "wood screws")-Build in Organizer seems outdated (would have preferred a customizable option or no organizer)-Some screws provided were stripped at the top (making it hard to find a good one to use).

Height Perfect
After installation and adding my keyboard, it was the perfect height I needed for typing.

Not Stable
Brackets that mount drawer to table are not complete. Some have 5 predrilled holes and some have only 4. I needed the 5th hole so had to drill my own. Poor quality control. Also brackets do not supply stability to have confidence that is a strong shelf/tray. Assembly instructions are cryptic and visuals are small and dark. So much so that you are required to go to Amazon’s web site to figure it out. Very disappointed.

Avoid plastic version - bad design
The plastic tray is flexible. Assembly requires fastening metal slides to the plastic tray using shallow screws. The plastic tray will flex as soon as you place something something on it. It bends and twists the screws out of place. Your tray WILL fail. I put a mechanical keyboard (2-3lbs?) in mine and the tray failed after a few hours of resting my wrists on it (on the first day). The two front screws completely stripped the plastic holes in the tray and cannot be repaired.AVOID the plastic one unless all you're storing is a few pens and very light items. If you do, use some heavy duty glue to fasten the rails to the tray.Otherwise, I liked the design and simple installation of the drawer if it worked properly.
