What is the expiration date?

Hello! If I remember correctly the expiration date is one year.

How's the packaging for shipping?

I'm fairly certain they are shipped in a box with bubble wrap or newspaper. I have ordered them three times and they have never arrived cracked or broken in any way, so the packaging is suitable for these delicate wafers.

Does it slice nicely when frosted in cake form?

Yes it does, I would let it sit in the fridge for 24 hours though before slicing.
