Every spring, Pennsylvania bees pollinate the Asian Pear tree blossoms of Subarashii Kudamono orchards. Their delicate work creates a flavorful, floral honey that's drawn from their hilltop hives nestled along the gentle slopes of the farm. This delicious local raw honey is a light amber in hue, with a sweet, flowery aroma. Packed in a globe jar reminiscent of the Asian Pear's distinctive shape, this honey is perfect as a gift or for putting out for guests. The light, sweet flavor of this honey makes it a natural partner for young cheeses, from chevre to Brie. It's also perfect drizzled over fruit, granola, or yogurt. Like all raw, natural honey, this product will crystallize over time or in cold weather. To liquefy again, just put the jar in a pot of warm water, stirring until smooth. No honey should be fed to infants 12 months or younger.

OK but nothing fantastic
Nothing fantastic, for the cost, I would say it is not worthwhile (the taste is not so delicate or unique enough to warrant the cost for such small amount). Will not buy again.

It might be better than I had hoped.
