How would I know which wrap is for our left and right hand?

Inzer makes all their wrist wraps identical and interchangeable so you don't have to worry about which side is which. Just reverse the motion for the other hand. So for your right hand the wrap begins by going under the wrist, while for your left it begins by going over the top.

How do I know what size to order?

It just depends on how much support you feel you need. I don't like to wrap my wrist to much so the shorter ones are best for me.

How do I know what size is best for me

Well in my opinion it really matters how much support you need. The 20inch ones are perfect for me and I'm bench pressing between the high 200s and low 300s often. Anything under 200 you can probably go with the shorter ones. And you only need the 36 inch ones if you are handling some serious weight like 500 plus. But those are just my opinions, good luck to you!
