First, I’ll confess that I was looking at the book on the Amazon app while I was “watching” TV. I dozed off and my finger hit the BUY NOW button and it was being delivered to my Kindle before I knew it. Turns out, it’s a pretty good book. The jokes aren’t the same old, same old plus they are not off color. If you are old enough to remember the “Happy Hunters”, you’ll probably appreciate the book. I suggest you look at a few pages to verify my review. Just wear mittens until you’re ready to commit to the purchase.

I have given this book to a friend who is recovering with a broken ankle to cheer her up. She loved it. I read a lot of the jokes prior to giving the book as a present, the jokes are not top of the world, but some of them made me laugh. Served the purpose well, thank you!

This book is amazingly wonderful. I ordered this book for a man & I was nervous it wasn’t going to be appropriate and thought I would then give it to a female friend for Christmas BUT I was so happy to see this book is appropriate, uplifting, humorous & healing for EVERYONE! I got a few humor books for a neighbor while she was recuperating from a foot surgery similar to one I had. I remembered it being an awful time so I wanted to keep her spirits up. A lot of bad things get better with laughter. She said this book hit the spot.

I bought this book to read to a dear friend that is seriously ill in the hospital.....he always appreciates a good joke. - I glanced at several pages and the jokes were very bland - very generic.....not really funny at all - more like groaners... Also - I ran across several jokes about death and dying - not the best thing to read to my friend!! I'm returning it.

To me the best joke starts out with an atheist walking through a forest. Everybody I read it to laughed and laughed. I use a larger print, but not the highest. It can be found about page 59, so it is near the first of the book. Enjoy!!

This helps relieve a lot of tension because of the condition the world is in with all the hatred and violence.
