nice product but its not easy to figure out which t nuts and bolts to use and some of the other accessories that you may need. the T 6 nuts and bolts fit this the best. FYI the T6 nuts and bolts are bigger then the T5's. i could not find any bracket plates to fit so i used the T5 plates and drilled the holes larger so the T6 bolts would fit

Since I purchased a Tent made out of 8020. I could not believe how strong and light the frame was. Compared to others this is top notch. Building something out of these aluminum bars are endless.

The product is great, so I got a second extrusion for another tool. This order took a day to get, and I couldn't be happier. I thought it was going to take a week.

bought these to make a "Wandering Table" and they came out pretty much perfect. their accessories really bite you in the wallet though, its all pretty pricey. overall Id say it was worth it, but you really have to be dedicated to whatever project you are doing.

This was just what i wanted. I am building a woodworking shop and wanted something for a fence on my drill press. I wanted it to be metal and have some points on it i could mount things to it. This will not fit the bill how ever. It was to small both in height and width. It was perfect for my new miter gauge how ever. It is a tad on the heavy side but i can live with that. i put some slick tape on the base of it and it will work great for many years to come. Most important it will not warp or anything. I will be ordering 80/20 15 SERIES 1545 1.5" X 4.5" T-SLOTTED SMOOTH EXTRUSION X 36" to make my new fence for my drill press how ever. If your looking for something to make fences and jigs out of this stuff is great. Hope this helps someone.

I discovered 8020 stuff over a decade ago, and while there are competitors on the market, I've always stuck with them. I feel they have the most complete, most creative and most rugged materials for making anything you can dream up. They once called it the "Industrial Erector Set" and for anyone who played with Erector Sets as a kid - they are 100% right. I love their stuff, and often browse their catalog looking at the various new items to see if there's anything that looks like a "solution looking for a problem" that I notice...
