what are the directions?

I usually use approx. 2-3 Tblsp. of powder mix it with about 1 cup of hot water in a shaker, mix well, then add it to my drippings or base for my gravy...adjust as needed.

I need to see the ingredients, like sodiums of any sort?

The ingredients are in german......brennwwert 140kj/35kcaleiweib 0.7gkohlenhydrate davon Zucker 6g 1,5gfett 0.8getc...

I want to know if it has a sour taste to it? Also does it have vinegar in it & does it have meat flavoring in it? What is the difference between this and the rahm sauce?

The Sosse zum Braten is like a meat or pot roast grave. It is not sour and does not have vinegar. The Rahm sosse is like a cream sauce. However some people add a little white wine to the Rahm sosse which gives it almost like an ala vodka sauce but even better.Hope this helps.Mark
