For good coverage, 2-3 coats, I would say about 4-6 square feet. I painted an entire trunk hood.

I have some chrome plated plastic bits from my motorcycle I would like to paint. Once sanded will this product work as a primer?

Yes absolutely! But prep work is key. Make sure you are just doing a light scuffing or completely remove the chrome. Then using a alcohol or acetone, remove all dust and oils. Then let dry and then spray as instructed with this primer. Very durable stuff
