I would recommend using an acoustic mineral wool insulation in the wall instead. The foam that you are looking at here does a great job of reducing echos when installed inside the room but the mineral wool insulation will better prevent sound transfer through the wall in my opinion. **Q: How to attach them to walls?** A: I used a 3M spray adhesive and sprayed a narrow band around the perimeter of the back of each foam square and then pressed them into the wall after 30 seconds and it worked well. **Q: Do these panels come with adhesive on the back?** A: No ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Use Spray Adhesive and they are great. *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 20, 2020* I wish the manufacturer stated how to adhere these to the wall. 3m double sided sticky squares do NOT work. Double sided tape does NOT work. Only 3m Spray Adhesive (heavy duty) works. I got these for a podcast studio to help dampen the room from internal echoes and it does that very nicely.
