can this be used around chest/breast area please

I was given it by the Hospital Cancer Centre to use during radiotherapy treatment following breast cancer. So there is obviously no issue using it on the breast/chest area.

Is the texture of the cream in the 475g bottle the same as the texture in the 15g bottle?

I have a 50ml pump action plastic bottle, its very creamy seems to be quite affective on flare ups.
