Overall bad experience
Product Delivery: Deliveryman brought the box on a bike. But, thankfully it was not damaged.Worst Installation: The installation guy first suggested lot of material requirements to fix the chimney. When we informed that similar chimney of other make is installed. So, new may be installed in similar fashion. Then, he lost all interest and mercylessly started removing fixtures on window, hung chimney on two nails and fled. I've to pay 590 rs just for putting some 4 nails that was also provided by me. Overall installation is a big catch. Company even do not supply plug with the product. I won't recommend this product to any body.

Reasonable performance with bad support
The product arrived on time but had to do multiple follow up for installation ..finally when installed I was told we need to pay for carbon additional but I need to order..this was not mentioned anywhere or the service centre informed..so waited for two more days for carbon to be installed..service guys were very keen to persuade for an expensive AMC but did not give much details.Product is working fine but it looks bulkier for a cassetee model.

No response from company for installation. Wonder how would we get warranty in case it's needed

Service was very poor. They took more than 3 days to come & instal. Also, installation is not properly done.
