I don't recommend throwing one in your diaper bag for the day as they are so soft they will smash to crumbles. However, I had no issues with eating the crumbles straight from the bag (yep, the cookie was that good). I had low supply and found that these did increase my supply a small amount (about 1/2 oz each pump).
