Pro's Cons and Opening
This is a perfect organizer for me. I read some of the reviews that say the daily organizers are either hard to open or too easy to open, and the pills fall out when opening.ConWhen you receive the organizer, be careful taking off the plastic, tilting, and picking up the monthly organizer otherwise the daily organizers (32) will fall out.For people who have difficulty opening small things, pick up small objects or hold something tight while opening should not buy this. If you take the lid completely off the daily organizer, when placing the lid back on the organizer, you have to make sure you put the lid back on correctly, so it will not pop open. The lid snaps closed so it may be difficult to open, but this is by design so the lid will not open if you have the daily organizer in your pocket or purse (a Pro for most).ProThe daily organizers have a morning and evening side, so you can open one side at a time or you can snap the lid off of both sides (as they are connected) and can access the pills more easily. (It is very important to put the lid divider back into the slot in the middle so the lids stay shut.) For extra security and ease of finding in my large purse, I put daily organizer in a small plastic baggy, but it is really not necessary. Working as designed!I like being able to set my meds up for the month and not worry about it.Working as designed and should work for the average person!

Makes my life easier.
This is the best organizer I have ever had.Pros: Full month set up.I function best with a monthly set up. Boxes marked with days of the week are not sufficient for me to avoid missing a dose.Individual Day boxes are removable.Being able to pull a day box out at a time allows me to easily take my days meds with me. This is super helpful since I take my meds both at home, and sometimes have to take eve meds on the go. I take my morning meds, toss the case in my pocket and I'm good to go.Boxes are easy to open. Some people report the cases being hard to open and they can be but If you open them from the side rather than the end they are super easy to open. They also stay closed tightly while riding around in a pocket or purse.Stand keeps med cases neat and organized.Boxes are easy to fill. I have no trouble lifting the lids but you can remove the tops completely to fill if you do.Cons:One case has a smeared number on it...literally not an issue.I am writing this review after having used this item for a year and it's still going strong.

LIDS COME OFF FOR FILLING; SMALL COMPARTMENTS
I like the fact that you can fill a whole months worth of pills in one sitting- it's time consuming but worth it.PROS: holds 30 days worth of pills with am and pm...I searched a lot but couldn't find another 30 day pill case that holds am & pm that was any good.CONS: The compartments are small... If you take several pills at a time and/or horse pills, it's hard to get them all in and also get the lids closed.***I made an important discovery, and I hope the previous reviewers see this.It is very difficult to fill the individual containers because the lids want to close back up... HOWEVER.. after filling the entire thing like that, I discovered that THE LIDS COME OFF! Way easier to fill!

Good but I would make a couple of changes.
This is awesome and convenient to have your meds lined up to take everyday. The two problems I have with the individual containers is they are small so if you have large pills you can fit 2 in there. The second problem I have is after a few uses they just dont have a tight shut like they should. I have 5 pills that i put in the am and pm and I do have 2 large pills along with 3 small pills. So it works for me. I do have a feeling that if I go on vacation I will have to put them in a container where they wont pop open. So after this long winded message, lol. I hope they come out with larger containers because it is a little difficult to get all the pills in.

Buyer Beware - next to impossible to open/refill
This seemed like such a brilliant idea. Fill your pill box once a month. This product did not fit the bill. The daily pill boxes are very difficult to open. I have to use a sharp object to pry many of them open. And you cannot just open them all and drop in your pills. You have hold the little lids open to put the pill in. When you are doing multiple tablets and capsules, it is extremely difficult and you definitely need two hands for the process. And, as other reviewers noted, when you pick up the little tray, the daily boxes tumble out. This is a terrible product. Going back to my former weekly pill sorter. Especially, if you have arthritis, this is not the pill sorter for you.

It’s a great idea difficult to use
Extremely difficult to open. I use the edge of a spoon to pop it open. I popped off a thumbnail trying to get this open. It does not have handles or knobs to pick it up off the table top. It is flat and smooth on the edges and there’s no way to move it. It’s a great ideaAnd I do like the way it works and I will keep it and use it. It is easy to fill. Opening and closing is difficult. This is not for the week fingers or those with arthritis.

Disappointment.
I’m not a fan of this product. Many of the lids are on so tightly that they’re hard to open. Others do not close at all. The compartments are incredibly small. I would not recommend this product, but if you decide to buy it, don’t buy this if you want to use it for vitamins. Most vitamins are a decent size and they will not fit in these tiny compartments. Some people like the idea of each AM/PM daily part coming out, but they don’t stay in the white base securely. It’s also a time-sucking pain to sit there and remove every compartment, remove every lid, fill all 31 days’ worth of pills and vitamins, replace every lid, and replace each compartment. Steer clear.
