I had to replace my door and frame to the pantry and it required a 6 inch jamb. I didn’t want to spend the extra $250 and just bought a prehung door with a 4 inch jamb. After adding a filler piece and door trim, I needed a 4 1/4” strike plate. This one is 4 1/2” and it works just fine. Easy to install. Fixes my problem. Good quality. Recommend.

These match my existing door hardware perfectly. I couldn’t find the correct size in the hardware store, they were all to long and didn’t give the overall dimensions making it hard to find the correct size. These strike plates come in various sizes so you can get just the right one. These are durable and well made.

I needed this to be able to close my front door so that it's a tight seal with the weather seal. After chiseling away the area of the frame so this can sit flush with the wood, it installed with ease and works perfectly!

The strike worked as shown. I used it for outswing door, with brick mold. The door lock strike would hit brick mold. This solved the problem. The end away from mounting holes needed some extra support, I ended up drilling some holes and added two more screws. The end turn was little short had to cut extra amount from brick mold. I am happy with the end results.

This plate work perfectly to protect the extended door jamb. I had to put a small bend in it to hug the door jamb extension a little closer, looking better.

Took a long time to find this extended lip strike plate. I can hide the strike mark from the recessed door and have a professional looking setup. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Ok, so this was little long for my application. I cut about a 3/8" off, rounded the corners on the grinder and rebent the end. My depth didn't fit any off she shelf products. Happy and worked well.
