I've been using this for years & it's still going strong. It's solidly built & my most used kitchen gadget. It takes no time to switch blades and the small footprint is a blessing in my very tiny kitchen. I use it for all my chopping. It makes quick work of salads, sautéed veggies, roasted potatoes, etc. It has made it easier & faster to make healthy homemade meals. I chop veggies & store in mason jars for quick salads, soups or stir fry. We are getting a much wider assortment of veggies in every meal. If this ever does break, I will buy another one immediately. BONUS: it goes right into the dishwasher. Woo-hoo!!

Years ago I had a different chopper years ago that was useless because everything just got stuck in the blades, but this one actually works. So far, I’ve only used it for dicing onions, and it handles them like a champ. Here is how it holds up against the details: Sturdiness & Grip: To get through a whole onion, I don't gently press—I HEAVILY drop my hand onto the top to force it through the grid. The unit doesn't move or slide around under that kind of pounding, and it hasn't cracked or flexed. It’s incredibly sturdy. Adjustability & Versatility: It comes with both small and large cutting grids, plus the extra add-ons for spirals and ribbons. Even though I'm mostly sticking to the small dice right now and haven't messed with the fancy spiral gimmicks yet, having those quick-change options gives it great adjustability. Assembly & Functionality: Putting it together and swapping the pieces is easy enough. At the end of the day, it does exactly what I need it to do without jamming up. If you just want something functional to quickly slam through prep work without the machine giving up on you, this one is worth it.

I honestly didn’t think a vegetable chopper could make this big of a difference in my life, but here we are. This thing has completely changed the way I cook. Chopping onions used to feel like a punishment, and now I’m out here dicing vegetables like I’m hosting a cooking show. It saves so much time, keeps everything neat in the container, and makes meal prep ridiculously easy. The blades are super sharp, so vegetables come out evenly chopped in seconds. I’ve used it for onions, peppers, cucumbers, potatoes, and even making spiralized veggies. Cleanup is much easier than expected too. If you cook even a few times a week, this is one of those kitchen gadgets you’ll wonder how you ever lived without. My only regret is not buying it sooner.

If you wanna make chopping things simple, this is exactly what you need! Please remember, don’t be fooled, this is super sharp all of the components that cut! Definitely make sure that you use the attic component of the scrub brush to wash the stainless steel, chopping blades, I promise you they’re sharp enough to send you to the hospital if you’re not careful! I use this to chop baby carrots, full-size carrots that I have shaved down and cut down to fit inside the chopper to chop, potatoes that I have peeled and chopped into quarters, and then placed into this to chop to make homemade hash brown O’Brien instead of purchasing it frozen at the store, I chopped onions and peppers as well in this! A large variety of things you can do I absolutely love the interchangeable chopping variety that it gives you, very large accommodating bottom catches all of the chopped food so you could just lift the top off and pour directly into either a bowl, plastic Ziploc bag, right into a skillet whatever it is! This is the second one I have bought and I absolutely love them! Very sturdy and well-made, easy to clean and cut my chopping time down by probably 90%! I highly recommend this to anyone in everyone and in fact I’ve also shared it on my YouTube channel since I am a prepper! The best chopper I have ever used and I probably will buy a third, I gave my first one to my daughter, second one is mine and third will be a back up so that if I need to chop a bunch of things, I can get one of my teenagers in there to help me do so and we can both be chopping at the same time lol

Amazing chop! Works better if the vegetables are cut in half or quarters, also if you do onions you have to hit it hard but chops great. Very sharp! Don’t try to pick out or push pieces through. I sliced 3 fingers in 2 days.

I purchased this vegetable chopper in mid-2023 to make meal prep more efficient and slightly more fun, but after over a year, my feelings are mixed. The assembly is straightforward as the different blade options snap and lock into the base easily, and the overall fit of the components is secure. It has a clean, professional appearance on the counter, but the actual functionality depends entirely on what you are trying to chop. While the machine offers versatility with several blade options, it doesn't meet the bar for everything in my kitchen. Soft vegetables like tomatoes are not good candidates as they tend to get smashed, and very hard vegetables like carrots are too difficult to push through. For me, it really only works well for bell peppers and onions, and even then, you have to cut the vegetables down significantly first unless you want to throw your entire body weight into it. The biggest drawback for me is the cleanup. The blades are not the easiest to clean, and even using the provided plastic claw, removing debris is rarely effortless. Since I only regularly use it for two types of vegetables and then freeze them in batches, I don't feel it provides great value for the money for my specific household. However, I can see where someone who chops a much wider variety of moderate-density produce daily would get more use out of this. One final thought on the design: I really wish the collection bowl was made of glass instead of plastic. Given how much pressure you have to apply to chop certain items, glass would feel much more durable and wouldn't be prone to the staining or scratching that plastic eventually develops.
