First, this is an amazing vibration plate! Well worth the money! The accessories are great quality and help with my overall workout. This machine is a game changer! I sit at a desk all day and hopping on my vibration plate makes me feel energized and gets my circulation moving after a long day in my chair. Second, I had an issue with my plate after several years of use. I reached out to LifePro support and they replaced my vibration plate with a new one. Their support team was amazing! I can't say enough... great machine... great support.... and this vibration plate is helping me with my overall health. SOOOOO HAPPY!

I got this mainly because I sit at a desk for work and was experiencing some lower back and lower leg soreness. I feel like this machine helps work the soreness out. The human body is not mean to sit stationary for long period of time and this helps for that. My lower back and legs feel much less sore after using this and I think they will only get better over time and regular usage. I usually just use one of the three programs and cycle through a different one each time (10 minutes per day). These move your body with all of the different motions, vibrations and powers automatically so I don't even have to think about it. It was a bit larger than I was anticipating so it's a commitment to set up in your home. It could be stored under a bed easily however you will want to use it often (I try to daily) so it mainly stays out. It runs quieter than expected. Someone could probably even be alseep in the same room and not always be woken up by the sound. I tested the power consumption and it averages about 50-60 watts only. It sometimes ramps up to about 100 watts but never much more than that. Standby draw with the main power switch on, but the unit in auto sleep is only 0.5 watts, negligible. I'm glad to see this as I'm an energy efficiency conscious guy. I went back and forth for a few weeks trying to decide whether or not to purchase this since I hate having buyer's remorse. I can say I am glad that I made this purchase!

I really like the quality of this machine, it is heavy and sturdy. I enjoy working on it while watching tv or at least the news. It has lots of different programs to try from soft and gentle to more vigorous. It's a great way to get a little extra exercise for the bones, especially in the winter or on rainy days.

My purpose in using the Rumblex is to increase circulation in my lower legs and improve balance. After watching a physical therapist's video regarding oscillation and vibration benefits, iI decided to give it a try.. So far, I have not had the leg cramps I was experiencing before, and my balance is getting better. I use the resistance bands and will probably order some that provide more resistance. I have not tried the mini bands yet. For those who may be concerned about balance, I would recommend a counter-height, sturdy chair placed in front of them, as you are several inches off the floor when using the unit. The unit is heavy, but portable, and is sturdy even on carpet. The vibration speed can easily be increased with the wrist bracelet. I wish the time could be adjusted to 15-10 minutes, but I use it a couple of times a day at different times or back to back.

I like it. I set it up where I can stand in front of the TV while using it. Pretty easy to do 2 or 3 programs back to back while watching TV or doing some light cooking. If you pause it when it's running a program (for all of 15 seconds to take something off the stove) and then restart, it loses the calorie count and starts you back at zero which is weird - though it hangs onto the timer correctly. Not sure the calorie count is accurate but I hope it is. Since they say your body adapts very quickly to different motions, I appreciate the different mixes in the program to try and surprise my muscles. Would like if there were more but I just bounce around through the 10 minute programs. Kind of heavy - but I hope that means it's going to be sturdy and last. So far so good. This has to be great for circulation and lymph drainage - and it noted weight loss too. I let a friend try it who is far more familiar with exercise equipment than I am and they were impressed at how the vibrations move around targeting different muscle groups while your lazy butt just stands in one spot. Should be even more impressive if you incorporate the bands or exercises. I'd buy it again.

I purchsed this for my mother. She refused to use It for 3 years... As soon as everyone else used it and she saw it at the gym she was ALL about it. She uses It multiple times a day. I did a lot of research and liked the warranty and quality of the product. I ended up using it until she took it back. I'm SO happy she's using it. She's in her late 70's and attends the gym multiple times a week and this has helped her tremendously. I highly recommend. I did have to but another power cord because one disappeared but this was no issue. It was started making a noise like it's hitting something on one side so we are trying to figure out where that's coming from but it's been used daily and held up great! I even like to just sit in a chair and have it on vibrate just for a foot massage! :)

Shipping: This packaged arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Item: Sturdy, and well worth the price. It’s very heavy so if you have any health issues that might hinder your ability to move it yourself I’d recommend a friend or family member helping in the initial set up and situating it. I bought this because of some severe chronic upper back pain, neck pain, hip pain, and overall body stiffness and circulation issues. I also was hopeful that it might help with osteoporosis and osteopenia as I age. I started very low on a 2 vibration the first time I used it. I have slowly increased my time and vibration level since then. Vibration levels go from 1-60, and there are three motors. July 11th 10 mins at a 2, only one motor. July 14th 15 mins at a 3. All three motors from here on out. July 17th 20 mins at a 5. July 20th 20 mins at a 5, and 10 mins at a 5 sitting down on it. July 23th same as previous. July 25th 20 mins at a 8. July 26th 20 mins at a 8. Then I was gone for a week. However even in just using it those few times I could already tell a slight different in the stiffness in my lower back and hips. Not using it over that week I could feel I was more tight. Which leads me to believe in its functionality. I’ve started it back up since being home and plan to do it every 2-3 days for 20-30 mins at a time. Slowly increasing my vibration level as I adjust. Starting back August 3rd I did 17 mins at a 10. 10 mins at a 10 sitting. Itching: Itching is a common side effect of using a vibration plate and it’s nothing to worry about. It’s typically caused by stimulated nerves, histamine releases, and an increase in blood flow to certain areas of your body. I will try to use this as I started above and report back at the end of the year.

I’m beyond impressed with the LifePro Rumblex 4D! From the very first session, I could feel it working. Level 1 is already intense, and the variety of movement modes makes it incredibly versatile. This is one super sturdy and stable machine. Not tippy at all!! Highly recommend for anyone with balance issues. I have tried cheaper brands and cheaper vibration plates and they have been quite tippy. The lifepro Rumblex has been wonderful to use so far and I feel very relaxed after using it. I still have to learn all the features but so far so good. Great for recovery post workout, or circulation. Looks sharp too. Very happy with my purchase thus far and a lifetime warranty never hurts.

i received the life pro Rumblex 4D 2 days ago, i am in love with it. its completely silent and the size is big and so comfortable to use. i feels so good after using it. i am using it morning and night daily, and this will be my routine from now on.

Awesome machine. It is sturdy and looks great. There's good grip on the top. The control is in the form of a soft wrist watch , and I love the Bluetooth connectivity and clear screen and lights to make the workout interesting. I've had this 5 weeks. Within the first week I no longer had issues sitting on low toilets..I used to sort of fall onto the seat but can now smoothly sit. The popping in my knees is almost gone and I can squat lower. I can also get up off the floor easier...strength in my legs is improved and I'm excited. I use 3x a day and sometimes more, mostly low intensity. On "red " It does disturb the downstairs neighbours and my son in his room on the same floor so I'm experimenting with padded. The grey circles come off...they are held in place by tape but become loose...poor design....but overall this machine helps me relax head to toe and is helping me regain mobility
