Supergirl 4: Plain Sight

It was a real page turner.

Series has been good not great so far. This volume added a co writer and you can tell the tone changed. The art was good, but just way to much going on with the story. Not really a fan of any of supergirls supporting characters. Next volume a new writer takes over hopefully they take this book in a different direction.

Book damaged quite a bit in shipping due to cheap envelope use. Dissatisfied since this was to be part of a collection. This happens repeatedly with these, and would certainly happen to a replacement, so it's very important to keep this in mind if you like things pristine and new as described. Story is good, but this is to point out the condition I keep receiving all of these books in. I hope this honest and relevant review about my experience is helpful to make your choice and doesn't get bloc ked again.

Ce run se conclue donc sur un regain de la confiance envers Supergirl de sa ville, elle finit par démonter le plan de Bones non sans difficultés...Finalement c'est un super run de 4 volumes pour ce personnage si similaire à Superman et pourtant si différent sur ce qu'ils vivent depuis leurs arrivées sur notre planète. Kara aurait tendance à être plus passionnante que Supergirl, elle n'a pas toujours la place qu'il lui faudrait mais je trouve que ce run à fait globalement un bon travail.On laisse donc Supergirl sans réel adversaire sur le moment, Kara qui construit sa vie doucement mais sûrement, le lecteur se demande bien ce qu'elle pourra traverser dans la prochaine série, en espérant que les scénaristes partent un peu plus loin que sur des enjeux liés à National City, pourquoi pas quelque chose de plus massif et de spatial ?Bref des bons dessins, des personnages réussis et attachants, vivement la suite !
