NatraCure Cold Therapy Socks - Gel Ice Treatment for Feet, Heels, Swelling, Arch Pain - (Size: Small/Medium)

Brilliant items, and sooo good during the recent hot spell. I left them in the original plastic wrapping and just put them in the freezer according to the instructions that come with them, and waited. I thought it best to use the bag in case the ice creams with which they shared a drawer, decided to spontaneously leak or something silly :) Anyhow, a couple of hours or so later, I got them out of the freezer and slipped my hot and swollen feet into them. SO easy to pull on despite me being a larger person and with very swollen feet and ankles and so comfortable to wear. I then put up my feet and let the gentle cooling do its trick. Not so cold that you flinch, but after a while you feel the GENTLE cooling sensation and it really does help with pain, swelling and heat on the feet. Left them on about an hour and then returned them to the freezer for another bout just before bed time. Not something I would wander around in, but something to slip into whilst I relax in the evening. And after a time, if you feel the need to wash them, they are so easy to clean, just gently wash them as you would a delicate, after removing the little pads first. Life changing for me in hot weather. My feet have been hurting and burning from walking all day in the heat and keeping me awake, especially in the hot weather. Since I bought those, putting those on before bed is my favourite part of the evening. Cooling feet cools the whole body. The gel pads can be moved around in the sock as it’s layered. Top. Pop them in the freezer not in the fridge in the plastic bag they came in. They are more effective that way. Cooling effect lasts about 30 mins. I take them off and go to sleep. If I need more cooling I flip the pads and get 10 more mins. Amazing.

These are an absolute godsend for hot, irritable feet! Also perfect to help cool down on hot nights. Only downside is they run rather small size wise for the ice packs.

The idea of the product is great and the pouches are good and a great shape. However I have very sensitive feet and find the man made material irritating. I think a natural fabric like cotton would have been better for me.

Burning feet keeping you awake? Keep a pair of these in the freezer. I actually remove them frozen and transfer to a cool bag when I go to bed and leave them on the floor beside me, ready to slip on when my feet start to burn. Perfect!

I suffer from raynaud's syndrome, predominantly causing pain and discomfort in the winter months with very cold feet (and hands) but in the warmer months the temperature of my feet increases, and they get incredibly hot which makes sleeping difficult, I'm not sure if the hot feet is another symptom of raynaud's but, let's just say, throught the year there is little relief. Until now. I bought these socks with the intention to prepare me for the warmer months, not realising they can be both hot and cold. Bonus. All year round solution. I've used them purely for keeping my feet cool and they're fantastic. So soothing. Finally relief. The socks are very soft, really comfortable to wear. I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank the Customer Services Team, who have been absolutely phenomenal.

Do not buy, one of the socks was not sewn correctly and I could not get my foot in. I thought that I was going crazy or that I was just basically retarded but then I saw another review had the exact same issue. What's more the gel packs do not stay cold for long, after about 5 minutes they need to be thrown back. in the freezer and why didn't they provide a container so that you could put them in that and then place in the freezer? Very unhygienic. The socks quality is not great either. I am very sceptical about the reviews on this site to be honest. This is a diabolical product, it is not fit for purpose (pun intended) and I feel totally ripped off. Do not purchase! 100% Genuine honest review

I’ve had so many difficult foot injuries and issues from broken toes to nerve problems and sore feet and this is one of the most convenient purchases I made. So handy and comfortable to ice a part of your body that can be tricky if you also need to elevate etc

Worked well with the socks to help prevent neuropathy during chemo

These are great! I have nerve pain in my feet from a back injury and these are so helpful when I have a flair! I love that the packs are removable and that the foot pack and ankle packs are separate.
