Very well padded, but is guady.
It is vinyl, let's get that out of the way. it is also very bright. I am not a super man fan by any means and I needed a well padded cover for my old but trust ping putter. Yes, I get made fun of, but I don't care, because it very well padded and protects my ancient ping putter that is no longer made. Also the magnet is really strong, so my putter stays wrapped.
