Even get a good workout assembling it... ;-)
The instructions aren't the best, but I managed to get it assembled eventually. (I laid the machine on its side to get the pedals in, which are reverse threaded, obviously!) - Had a laugh when I checked my pulse as I finished assembling it, and noted it was above the maximum permissible for a man of my advanced years... ๐คจ Anyhow, after adjusting the saddle and bars, it's not a bad machine at all, well manufactured and with adjusters to all four corners for a sturdy base on even an uneven surface. - Slight issue I has is that I can't quite adjust the seat high enough for my height, (I'm tall as well as ridiculously old,) so it's not 100% ideal. -There are two models, and I thought I'd ordered the 2019 model with higher seat, (It says 2019 model in the pictures accompanying it) but I think it's the other model, ยฃ20.00 more, that is actually the one with the higher seat. Still, it's more than worthy of a 5* review, and is perfect for heavier people.

Worth the money
The bike works really well, but the trip computer stopped working just after a few uses.

Avoid
This bike is NOT magnetic resistance. The dial to add resistance slips it's thread and struggles to add resistance. The bolts are loose and do not tighten. This is not a good purchase. It is cheap, but I woul recommend spending a little more and get so.ething more robust

Robust bike.
Updated review: unfortunately after about 15-20 hours of spinning the parts started to fail- the chain was slipping and the worm on the thread on the thingy used to adjust resistance wore out, so I had to dump the bike. The bike looks and feels the part, but unfortunately it's components are not made to last. Original review: I've just assembled the bike and as a 15 stone man, with a lot of spinning experience, I can say this bike is strong enough (just by the weight and feel of it- it's made of steel and feels very sturdy) to take the pounding I'm intending to give it over the next few months. If you're heavy and worried about getting a bike that might collapse under you (as I was) I recommend this one as a relatively cheap bargain (there are lots of stronger bikes you could get, but at a much higher price).

It's good value for money and sturdy
I've had this bike now for 3 weeks and use it about 5 times a week for 20 to 30 minutes, sometimes at my own pace upping and lowering the intensity levels then other times following a spinning class on YouTube. It has coped well to be honest and the monitor works fine too. The only down sides I will say and this is why it's not 5 stars is that the spin wheel came with a graze on it so it makes a noise whilst it's in motion not loud enough to send you insane. It also had a bent piece of metal on the lower frame when I 1st opened the box and I've discovered in the last 2 days using it for spinning with my butt off the seat and more pressure on the pedals that the left pedal makes a creaking noise that I've tightened fully yet still makes it. It could need oiling I don't know for sure but I just hope the pedal doesn't snap on me (touch wood) . The last downside is that the seat at full height doesn't let my leg stretch fully and I'm 6 ft so be careful. Overall I'd recommend this item I just hope it keeps strong with how many times I use it :) P.s pictures will follow.

Sturdy
Good quality, easy to put together if you have common sense( the paperwork is to funny of a translation) Sturdy enough to have my 20 stone partner using it without a problem. Just had to get a different saddle, the standard one is like concrete to my delicate behind.

Not suitable for anyone over 5 ft 6 inches.
This should almost be called a child's size spinning bike. With everything set to the highest settings I don't think it would fit the average adult male. Also the computer is a complete waste of time. The one I received thinks that my heart rate is over 200 bpm whenever I touch the sensors, even standing still at rest. If you buy this, be prepared to make some sort of custom seat post for it as a minimum. The only positive thing I can say is that it seems to be very robustly constructed.
